COPYRIGHT INFORMATION FOR MONOGRAPHS

Copyright pertains to literary, artistic, and scientific works. A work encompasses any original creation in the domains of literature, art, or science, expressed in an objective form and perceivable and reproducible through this form, directly or via technical means. A work is considered original if it reflects the author's intellectual creativity.

Copyright is automatically granted upon the creation of a work.

No formalities such as registration, payment, or other procedures are necessary for the creation and enforcement of copyright.

Upon creating a work, the author is vested with copyright. Copyright encompasses both personal rights and property rights.

• Personal Rights: Inherent to the author's persona and non-transferable.
• Property Rights: Transferable, either as individual rights, a set of rights, for a fee, or without charge.
