Copyright

Copyright arises in literary, artistic, and scientific works. A work is any original result in the field of literature, art or science, which is expressed in some objective form and which is perceived and reproduced through this form, either directly or by technical means. A work is original if it is the result of the intellectual creativity of the author.

Copyright is assigned to the work when it is created.

Registration, payment, or other formalities are not required to create and execute copyright.

By creating a work, the author acquires copyright in it. Copyright content consists of personal rights and property rights.

Personal rights of the author are inseparable from the personality of the author and are not transferable. Property rights of the author may be transferred either in the form of individual rights, or as a set of rights, or for a fee, or free of charge.

Our monographs abides by the CREATIVE COMMONS copyright rights and permissions for open access monographs.

Authors, who are published in this monographs, agree to the following conditions:

1. The authors reserve the right to authorship of the work and pass the first publication right of this work to the monographs under the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to freely distribute the published research with the obligatory reference to the authors of the original work and the first publication of the work in this monographs.

 2. The authors have the right to conclude separate supplement agreements that relate to non-exclusive work distribution in the form in which it has been published by monographs (for example, to upload the work to the online storage of monographs or publish it as part of a monograph), provided that the reference to the first publication of the work in this monographs is included.
