In 2023, Scientific Route OÜ publisher adopted a Fee Reduction Policy. According to it, scientists from developing countries can apply to the publishing house with a request for a reduction in fees for publishing services.

Based on World Bank country groupings, Scientific Route OÜ publisher can offer three fee reduction models:

1. Model 1 is for low and lower middle income countries.
2. Model 2 is for upper middle income countries.
3. Model 3 is for Estonia and neighboring countries.

 

Model 1 provides for a fee reduction of up to 50% for the following countries:

* In connection with the armed aggression of russia, in support of Ukrainian scientists and science, the publishing house Scientific Route OÜ has temporarily increased the discount for the publication of the monograph to 70% for authors from Ukraine.

Model 2 provides for a fee reduction of up to 30% for the following countries:

Model 3 provides for a fee reduction of up to 20% for the following countries:

Estonia

Finland

Latvia

Lithuania

 

Fee reduction quotas are available only to individuals.

The publisher reserves the right to refuse to provide a fee reduction.
